General Rules and Regulations

Hello and welcome to Shinobi Arena!
Here, you will meet amazing people, explore a beautifully vivid world, and be apart of an extensive and welcoming RP community! We guarantee you will enjoy yourself here.
We have a few site rules that must be followed. Please read and follow these rules carefully to ensure that you and others will have a great time. Thank you in advance!

1. General Rules

1.1 No Malicious Chatbox Spam
This is pretty straight forward. Try to keep the Chatbox clean by avoiding flooding the Chatbox with repetitive meaningless messages.
Ex.User 1: 10:12:01 Hi guys!
User 1: 10:12:02 Hi guys!
User 1: 10:12:02 hi guys!
User 1: 10:12:04 asdnafgas
User 1: 10:12:06 12dasdas

1.2 No Malicious Post Spam
Constant, repetitive short posts without an actual purpose will result in a ban. Posting on others training topics saying something short or meaningless around the lines of "Cool" or "Nice" is treated as spam and will be punished as such.

1.3 Hate / Offensive speech.
Hostilities in both posting and the chatbox will not be tolerated. The staff here is mature, and can tell when conflict is occurring. Once they identify conflict they will shut it down immediately.

Do not take out your hatred for another person out on the site. Racial slurs, hurtful insults, and any other form of hate speech will warrant in punishment.

1.4Swearing
Similiar to the above one, please do not swear excessively. Moderate swearing is fine. Something along the lines of "f**k, I forgot to post that lol" is absolutely acceptable, but anything around the realm of "I'll f**king kill you you stupid b***h suck my d**k f****t f**k you." will result in punishment based on the severity of the situation.

1.5 Characters & Names
Only one character is allowed per account. In addition to this, please name your account the same as your characters name.

1.6 Signatures and Avatars
Keep the size of your Signtures under 600x350 and your Avatars under 200x350

1.7 Animals
Animal characters aren't allowed. You can be a lone wolf type character, that's cool, but don't try to be a literal Lone Wolf.
2. Posting Rules

2.1 Double Posting and Bumping.
Both of these are completely acceptable. When bumping a topic, however, please wait a full 24 hours before doing so, and please do it for a relevant reason.

2.2 Short / Meaningless Posting
Generally speaking, each section has a word requirement, so this shouldn't be too much of an issue. In addition to that, you're probably going to have an actual goal in mind for posting. That being said, do not post random short word responses to topics held by other people. Jumping into an arena topic just to say "Go Sam, win the fight!" and nothing of any contribution to the topic will result in a punishment based on the severity of the situation.

2.3 Adult Content
Please place the apporopiete tag of M(mature) For anything graphic in the sense of Gore or Adult Fun.

2.4 Advertisement
Please only post about other sites in the advertisement section of the website.

3. Role Playing Rules

3.1 Detail / Size
In order to post some topics, a word requirement may be present. For the majority of posts, however, when responding, there isn't any particular word requirement defined.

Please, however, try to be relatively detailed for other posters. 50 or more words would be ideal generally speaking.

3.2 Godmodding
This is not allowed, plain and simple. You may not control another characters actions in your post.

3.3 Approval
Your character must be approved before you can start Role Playing. This is also true for your custom items, Jutsu, Special traits, or anything else of the like.

3.4 OOC and IIC seperation
Post your OOC actions (while in a RP) in brackets in order to avoid confusion for other posters and readers.

3.5 48Houring
While in a RP, if 48 hours have passed before the person who's turn it is to post has posted, then the next person in line for posting is allowed to skip over them and post.
