Experience, Rank, Level, and Title System

Rank experience & level system

Here, we use an interactive collective system which takes into account not only rank as a shinobi, but also individual skill level. Here, it is possible to be a lower rank than someone, but be more skilled than they are. No longer a system where a higher rank automatically means more skill by default! All three of these factors are, Rank, Experience & Level.

Rank determines what shinobi category you belong in based off of several factors, including but not directly related to the experience system. For the majority of the ranks, they directly relate to the role and recognition within your village. S+ have other special requirements.
Experience is your overall skill combined through all your efforts. As your experience grows, you gain more PP(Proficiency Points) which can be used in many ways. Things such as elements and skills(Like Ninjutsu, Bukijutsu, etc) require certain amounts of PP n them to be able to perform them. An example would be Pure Ninjutsu and Elemental Ninjutsu. Pure Ninjutsu would require less overall PP than Elemental Ninjutsu, because Elemental Ninjutsu requires you to also put a certain amount of PP in the desired element. Gong further into Elemental Ninjutsu, would be Advanced Releases. Elemental combination elements of two or more base elements to create a new element are Advanced Releases. These require a certain amount of PP in the base elements(Fire, Water, Wind, Earth & lightning) to create and advanced element. Such as Water and Lightning to make the Storm Release. Note that PP are also required to be put into Storm Release to be able to use it. PP also increase overall power of jutsu depending on how many PP are in that skill or element.
Level is a direct correlation to your total experience and is in most cases irrelevant to roleplay. Certain events, items and jutsu may later have certain level restrictions however: that shouldn't be a problem though if you are active! Level is not affected by your rank and your rank as a shinobi is not affected by your level. It is merely a number to determine your overall skill with and against one another. Please note that your level increaes alongside your experience, so spend your PP wisely! Because the higher in level you become, the more difficult it is to obtain PP! There is no level cap. Above level 40, the experience gap is quite larger.

If you wish to know your Level Beyond 40, Multiply 2700 by 8 and add it to your existing Exp Pool, that's the new goal for you, and to achieve the level higher add 1 for a total of 9 and etc add 1 for 10, and 1 for 11, so on and so forth to continue leveling up. Every four levels gains you another Proficiency Point, (Example: 41-44| +12, 45-49| +13 Ect)

Important

Please notice. Acting OOC(Out Of Character) while roleplaying in any way shape or form(without extenuating circumstances that a mod will determine whether is legitimate or not) will result in a deduction of experience. With deductions, dropping below experience brackets for levels, means you can be de-leveled. Which means the loss of PP. This PP can be re-obtained upon leveling up again, but the PP must go back in the places it was taken from. The deduction of PP will come from the most recent places it was added and must go back there once leveled back up. Manipulation of this system will not be handled lightly.

E-rank = Academy - Obtainable at Character Creation, Lowest ranking Ninja, Does not leave the village. Starts at E-rank and can go up to C-rank at its highest.

D-rank = Genin - Obtainable once reaching D-rank at minimum and 10 E-rank Missions completed + the Academy Graduation Exam. Gets to do Chores and such around the village and travel just outside of the village when needed for small animal retrival. Ranges from Ranks D-B.

C-rank = Chuunin - Obtainable after completing 15 D-rank Missions + Completion of the Chuunin Exams as well as Obtaining C-rank status. Missions allow them to travel to the outskirts of the lands for slightly larger Animal attack missions and such, Also Possible Escorting to neighboring lands with low threat to Escort. Ranges from Ranks C-A. A-rank Chuunin May be chosen by the Kage if they so wish to begin ANBU Training.

B-rank = Sp.Jounin - Obtainable with the completion of 20 C-rank Missions + achiving B-rank status, There are no Exams for this, rather this is a special Title that marks the fact that in a single field they are on par with a Jounin as other areas Lack, Bestowed upon By Kages or one of Authority. Missions become more Dangerous for them, allowing them to participate in Missions usually only avalible for Jounin when their skills are required. Ranges from B-rank to S-rank. Any Sp.Jounin may be picked by the Kage to be a ANBU member.

A-rank = Jounin - Obtainable with the Completion of 25 B-rank Missions + Achiving the minimum of A-rank, Their are two ways to obtain this, Option A is a Jounin Exam, and Option B is being recommended to the Kage by your fellows and the Kage determining yes or no. A-rank to SS-rank Ranges. ANBU Commanders may be selected from this group and ANBU Members may be told to portay this rank to the village with their relations to ANBU being kept secret. Only SS-ranked Jounin may Achive the title Jounin Commander.

S-rank = Shounin - Obtainable through 30 A-rank missions being completed + Achiving at least S-rank, Also must Complete 1 Plot/Event ICly and Prove your worth. These are usually the Lowest ranking Canadites for Kage positions within a village, but Possible Kages none the less. Ranges from Ranks S all the way to SSS ranking.

SS-rank = Rikunin - Obtainable through the completion of 35 S-ranked Missions + Achiving at least SS-rank, Must also Complete at least 2 Plot/Events ICly and Prove your worth in both of them. These are usually the most likely canadites for the Kage positions as they are not so Seasoned to be damaged beyond repair but have proven their loyalty and worth to the village above most. Ranges from SS-rank to X-rank (Level 41-50).

SSS-rank = Heinin - Obtainable through the completion of 40 SS-ranked missions + Achiving at least SSS-rank + Proving your Abilities and Worth in 3 Plot/Events. These are the Most reliable defenders of the village, and possibly even the best options for the Kage's Personal guard, these are Ninja of great power and respect that even a Kage may decide to bow to them. Ranks Range from SSS-rank to X-rank (Level 41-60).

X-rank = Setsunin - Obtainable through the Completion of 45 SSS-ranked Missions + Obtaining X-rank and Participating in at least 4 Plot/Events , 3 of which you have to be within the top three Achiviers. These are the most Legendary of Shinobi, that even Kages and Henin of other villages Show respect or possibly even avoid them on the battle field. This Rank allows for Unlimited levels beyond 60.

Special Titles:
Jounin Commander - A Title Granted to the most powerful of Jounin, they can help to decide if someone can be a Jounin in case the Kage is unable to. (Jounin of SS-rank and having completed at least 15 A-rank missions to be Eligible).

ANBU - Anbu are recruited from their village's standard shinobi forces, hand-picked by their Kage for their individual capabilities and special skills. Age, background, gender, or previous rank bear no significance in this decision. While on the job, Anbu wear masks and use code names to conceal their identity, leaving only their Kage informed. They typically work in teams, formed on the mission's requirements. There are apparently no true ranks within the Anbu; team leadership and hierarchy seem to be based on merit and experience. The leaders of the teams are called squad leaders (分隊長, Buntaichō), a position held in high regard.

Anbu protect the village from exceptional threats, conduct high-risk missions into enemy territory, and deal with extremely strong ninja. They are also responsible for carrying out assassinations, tracking, surveillance, and missions requiring specially trained ninja. Some Anbu serve as interrogators that probe the minds of enemy ninja to learn information valuable to the village. Because Anbu are so vital to the village's operations, they cannot be arrested by regular police forces without a warrant. While many choose to serve in the Anbu for their entire careers, they can return to the standard forces if they choose to, as in the case of Kakashi Hatake. (Must be Chuunin (A-Rank) Or higher to be chosen and Participated in 1 Plot/Event to prove your worth to be Eligible).

ANBU Commander - Is the Commander of the ANBU Forces, and in Case the Kage is unable to, can Recruit for the ANBU.( Must Complete 5 C, 10 B and 15 A-rank missions while ANBU and Under the ANBU guise and Obtain S-rank At least to be eligible for ANBY Commander Position)

Kage - is a title reserved for the leader of one of the Villages. The collection of Kage are known as the Gokage. Kage oversees the activities of their village, from sending ninja on missions to making the hard decisions regarding the safety of their people. A village's Kage is generally acknowledged as one of its most powerful ninja. And Highly Respected. A Council of Jounin and Higher ranked ninja convene to help Select a new Kage when it is needed. (Must be at least S-rank to be Elegible for this position and Participate in 2 Plot/Events , One of which must be Protecting your village)

Sannin - Is A Special Title Bestowed upon a Group of Ninja who prove themselves worthy ( participating in at least 3 Plot/Events and ranking within the top 3) and can be bestowed upon them by ANY one of Shounin Rank or higher (Excluding themselves). Sannin are Seen as the most powerful Ninja of their time, and within their own village, being on par with at least the Kage himself if not greater in power.

All Rank ups, Special or otherwise, Will be Monitored by Moderators to ensure there is no Favoritisim and that the people are worthy of such a rank up, if this is found to be the case, people are getting ranks they do not Deserve, then that rank will be taken from them as well as punishment dealt to the one giving out such a rank.
