Ninja Tools and Jutsu Price guide

All weapons/items, weapon/item abilities and jutsu share a universal price system which revolves around the ranks. It isn't a complicated system, nor is it relatively easy or too difficult to earn enough ryo to make a purchase. Limiteds and other legendary items will have a higher amount of ryo to purchase or unlock. Learning a jutsu through training will be twice the ryo cost in word count. So a B Rank jutsu that costs 600ryo, would be 1,200 words to write.
